Cirrus Logic Inc. (NASDAQ: CRUS) announced that Chief Financial Officer Jeff Woolard assumed the additional role of Principal Accounting Officer, effective March 25, 2026.

Ulf Habermann ceased serving as the company's Principal Accounting Officer in connection with this change and will continue in a senior role within the finance organization. The company stated that Habermann's transition was not the result of any disagreement with the company on matters relating to operations, policies, or practices.

Woolard's compensation will not change in connection with the new role, according to the company.
