Wolfe Research analyst Rudy Li downgraded Centessa Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ: CNTA) from Outperform to Peerperform.

The analyst commented, "We are downgrading CNTA from OP to PP following the definitive agreement for Lilly's acquisition - We believe it has very good chance to hit all 3 CVR milestones, and we don't expect another bidder."
