Elevance Health names six executives in leadership restructuring

Elevance Health Inc. (NYSE: ELV) announced leadership appointments across its Health Benefits and Carelon organizations, according to a company press release.

The Indianapolis-based health insurer named Aimée Dailey as President of Government Business, overseeing Medicare, Medicaid, Federal Government Solutions, and Group Retiree Solutions. Dailey previously worked on expanding the company's government programs.

Kristy Duffey will join as President of Carelon Health, leading clinical strategy and operations across advanced primary care, behavioral health, specialty care, and care at home. Duffey brings experience from Optum and CINQCARE.

Will Feest will serve as President of Carelon Insights while maintaining his role as Chief Operating Officer for Carelon. William Fleming will join as Chief Growth and Strategy Officer for Carelon, bringing experience from Humana where he worked in pharmacy, home health, and care services.

Darrell Oliveira has been named Chief Financial Officer for Carelon, with prior experience at MetLife, Prudential, and MassMutual. Jeff Plante will serve as Chief Financial Officer for the Health Benefits segment, previously leading Carelon Insights.

Carelon provides services across care, pharmacy, behavioral health, and data analytics to more than 90 million consumers. The Health Benefits segment serves over 45 million medical members, according to the company.
