Catheter Precision reports 95% revenue growth, acquires aviation company
Catheter Precision Inc. (NYSE American: VTAK) reported revenue of $819,000 for 2025, a 95% increase from $420,000 in 2024, according to the company's annual results released March 31.
The medical device company received CE Mark approval for its LockeT device in April 2025 and began commercial sales in Europe. The company added 32 new customers across its VIVO and LockeT product platforms during the year.
Fourth quarter revenue increased 60% to $238,000 compared to $148,000 in the same period of 2024. The company maintained gross margins above 90% for both the quarter and full year.
Net loss for 2025 was $17.2 million, including $7.8 million in non-cash charges, compared to a $16.6 million loss with $7.5 million in non-cash items in 2024.
Following year-end, Catheter Precision acquired Flyte Inc., a regional air mobility company operating Cirrus Vision Jets. The acquisition was disclosed in an SEC filing on March 9, 2026.
Flyte operates revenue-generating flight services through its FAA-certified Part 135 air carrier subsidiary, Ponderosa Air LLC. The company focuses on short-haul routes in underserved regional markets.
The acquisition creates two business segments for Catheter Precision: its existing medical device operations and the new aviation platform. The company completed financing initiatives to support its expanded operations.
"We expanded our customer base, advanced commercialization in Europe, and continued to demonstrate the clinical value of both VIVO and LockeT," said Chief Executive Officer David Jenkins.
Catheter Precision develops electrophysiology products including VIVO, a 3D imaging system for identifying ventricular arrhythmias, and LockeT, a suture retention device for hemostasis procedures.
