Stryker names Nick Mead as VP of investor relations
Stryker Corporation (NYSE: SYK) announced that Nick Mead will become Vice President of Investor Relations, effective May 1, 2026.
Mead has worked at Stryker for nearly 20 years in various leadership roles across multiple divisions. He most recently served as Vice President of Finance for the company's Medical division, where he supported commercial strategy, capital allocation and operational execution.
"Nick brings deep institutional knowledge, strong financial expertise and a proven ability to support strategic decision making across the organization," said Preston Wells, Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Stryker.
During his tenure at Stryker, Mead has held positions across the finance organization, supporting businesses in Endoscopy, Medical and Neurotechnology, Orthopaedics and Spine divisions. He has contributed to commercial planning, investment decisions and mergers and acquisitions initiatives.
The company also announced that Jason Beach, currently Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations, will transition to Vice President and Group Chief Financial Officer for MedSurg and Neurotechnology. Beach joined Stryker in 2018 and previously served as Vice President of Finance for the Instruments division.
Stryker is a medical technology company that provides products and services in MedSurg, Neurotechnology and Orthopaedics segments. The company states it impacts more than 150 million patients annually through its operations with healthcare customers worldwide.
