March 31, 2026 8:01 AM

Nuvectis Pharma Inc. (NASDAQ: NVCT) announced it will present three studies on its drug candidate NXP900 at the 2026 American Association for Cancer Research Meeting, scheduled for April 17-22 in San Diego.

The presentations will cover NXP900's activity in combination with KRAS inhibitors for non-small cell lung cancer, resistance mechanisms in cholangiocarcinoma, and effects on immune cells in lung cancer. Two presentations are scheduled for April 21 and one for April 22.

NXP900 is an oral small molecule inhibitor targeting SRC Family Kinases, including SRC and YES1. The company states the drug inhibits both catalytic and scaffolding functions of the SRC kinase pathway.

The Fort Lee, New Jersey-based biopharmaceutical company has completed a Phase 1a dose escalation study and a drug-drug interaction study for NXP900. The Phase 1b program has been initiated.

The first presentation will examine NXP900's synergy with KRAS inhibitors in both sensitive and resistant lung cancer models. The second will discuss resistance mechanisms in bile duct cancer and potential combination therapies. The third will focus on the drug's effects on myeloid-derived suppressor cells in lung cancer treatment.

Nuvectis develops precision medicines for oncology conditions with unmet medical needs. The company's information is based on its press release statement.
