Stryker (NYSE: SYK) announced Nick Mead will become Vice President of Investor Relations effective May 1, 2026. The medical technology company also named Jason Beach as Vice President and Group Chief Financial Officer for MedSurg and Neurotechnology.

Mead brings nearly 20 years of experience at Stryker, most recently serving as Vice President of Finance for the company's Medical division. In that role, he worked with senior leaders on commercial strategy, capital allocation and operational execution.

"Nick brings deep institutional knowledge, strong financial expertise and a proven ability to support strategic decision making across the organization," said Preston Wells, Stryker's Chief Financial Officer.

Throughout his career at Stryker, Mead has held various finance roles supporting the Endoscopy, Medical and Neurotechnology, Orthopaedics and Spine divisions. He has contributed to commercial planning, investment decisions and mergers and acquisitions across the company's implants, capital and service portfolios.

Beach, who previously held the investor relations role, joined Stryker in 2018 as Vice President of Finance for the Instruments division. In that position, he supported business performance and led multiple acquisitions and finance transformation initiatives.

The appointments represent internal promotions within Stryker's finance organization as the company restructures leadership roles across its business units.
