NextTrip launches AI-powered booking tools across JOURNY streaming platforms
NextTrip Inc. (NASDAQ: NTRP) announced the global rollout of its consumer engagement suite featuring artificial intelligence technology across its JOURNY streaming television properties and digital platforms.
The company introduced JOURNYGO, an enhanced ecosystem that combines video content, overlay technology, dynamic packaging, and AI assistance to enable viewers to move from travel inspiration to confirmed bookings. The system allows users to watch destination programming, scan interactive elements, and book travel experiences within the same platform.
The JOURNY network, which includes recent acquisitions of select GoUSA TV assets and expansion through KC Global Media in Southeast Asia, is expected to reach more than 250 million connected TV devices worldwide, according to the company.
"With JOURNY, we are meeting travelers where inspiration actually happens, on the screen," said John McMahon, Chief Operating Officer of NextTrip. "Our goal is to ensure that when viewers feel inspired by a destination, they can move seamlessly from that moment of trust and visual proof into a fully built, bookable itinerary."
The platform enables travelers to build complete itineraries in real time, modify hotels and experiences, and view total package pricing updates. The system integrates dynamic packaging technology that bundles travel components and displays real-time pricing for complete itineraries.
NextTrip stated its advertising and commerce solutions operate across multiple channels including JOURNY streaming platforms, connected TV environments, digital and social extensions, and TravelMagazine.com.
The company operates travel brands including Five Star Alliance, a luxury hotel booking platform, NXT2.0 booking engine, and TA Pipeline for group travel bookings. Initial deployments are launching with scaling planned across additional platforms and international markets throughout the year.
