AGA Precision Systems signs five-year supply deal with Turbo-Jet Products
AGA Precision Systems LLC signed a long-term agreement to supply aerospace and defense components to Turbo-Jet Products Co., Inc., according to a statement from PMGC Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: ELAB), AGA's parent company.
The agreement includes an initial five-year term with provisions for annual renewals. Under the contract, AGA will supply mission-critical components for Turbo-Jet Products' commercial and defense programs. The agreement establishes a framework for future purchase orders during the contract period.
AGA Precision Systems, based in California, operates as a computer numerical control machine shop specializing in high-tolerance milling, turning, and machining of complex metals for aerospace, defense, space, and industrial sectors.
