AT&T launches OneConnect bundling wireless and fiber services

March 31, 2026 6:45 AM

AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) announced the launch of OneConnect, a subscription service that combines wireless and home internet services under a single plan. The service offers unlimited connectivity across multiple devices including smartphones, tablets, and wearables for one monthly price that includes taxes and fees.

The Dallas-based telecommunications company stated that customers can sign up for the service, which includes AT&T wireless and 1 Gig fiber, in under five minutes. The service is designed to address customer preferences for simplified billing, with AT&T citing that 72% of customers prefer a single bill for connectivity services.

"There's only one internet, why buy it twice?" said Jenifer Robertson, AT&T's executive vice president and general manager for Mass Markets. "AT&T OneConnect is what our customer-first approach looks like in practice."

The service runs on what AT&T describes as America's largest wireless network and fiber network. According to the company, customers who subscribe to both AT&T Fiber and AT&T wireless report higher satisfaction and longer retention rates.

OneConnect requires customers to bring their own eSIM compatible, unlocked devices. The service has limited availability and is offered in select areas where AT&T fiber is available. The company noted that it may temporarily reduce wireless data speeds during periods of network congestion.

AT&T serves more than 100 million U.S. customers and nearly 2.5 million businesses. The company reiterated its 2026 financial guidance and capital return plans that were provided with its fourth-quarter 2025 earnings report.
