RCI Hospitality Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: RICK) received an extension from Nasdaq to file its quarterly report for the first quarter ended December 31, 2025, according to a company statement.

The Houston-based company said it received a letter from the Nasdaq Stock Market on March 27, 2026, granting a filing exception for its Form 10-Q. RCI had submitted its compliance plan to Nasdaq on March 26, 2026.

Under the extension, RCI now has until June 29, 2026 to file the quarterly report and comply with Nasdaq Listing Rule 5250(c)(1). The company said the extension supports its plan to file the 10-Q in April 2026.

The filing extension relates to regulatory requirements for publicly traded companies to submit quarterly financial reports within specified timeframes to maintain their stock exchange listing status.
