KFC launches Box Feasts starting at $7 amid rising food costs

March 30, 2026 1:39 PM

KFC announced the launch of its Value Feast lineup, featuring Box Feasts starting at $7, as the restaurant chain responds to consumer concerns about rising everyday costs.

The new Box Feasts come in three price tiers. The $7 Box Feast includes one KFC Snacker, five-piece nuggets, three-ounce fries, and a medium drink. The $9 option contains two KFC Snackers, five-piece nuggets, three-ounce fries, and a medium drink. The $11 Box Feast features one chicken sandwich, two tenders, three-ounce fries, and a medium drink.

"At the end of the day, people just want a meal that feels like it delivers," said Melissa Cash, Chief Marketing Officer for KFC U.S. "What we're seeing is that people still expect their meal to feel complete, satisfying and abundant, and that's where Value Feast stands apart, delivering a full box with an irrational amount of chicken for the price."

The Snacker consists of a mini brioche bun, one hot and crispy tender, mayo and pickles. Customers can modify their Snacker with spicy mayo, coleslaw, or both at participating locations.

KFC is supporting the launch with a new advertising campaign featuring the Colonel character introducing the Box Feasts. The company stated that prices and participation may vary while supplies last, with higher prices in Alaska, Hawaii, California and third-party ordering websites.

KFC Corporation, based in Plano, Texas, operates over 30,000 restaurants across 150 countries and territories. The company is a subsidiary of Yum! Brands, Inc. (NYSE: YUM), headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky.
