VENU appoints Sarah Rothschild as SVP of strategic finance and IR
Venu Holding Corporation (NYSE AMERICAN: VENU) announced the appointment of Sarah Rothschild as Senior Vice President of Strategic Finance and Investor Relations. The Colorado Springs-based entertainment company said Rothschild brings capital markets experience from Madison Square Garden Entertainment, MSG Sports, Sphere Entertainment, and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Rothschild will oversee investor relations, capital formation, treasury, and strategic financial communications for the live entertainment venue operator. She previously served as Senior Director of Investor Relations and Treasury at Madison Square Garden Entertainment, where she managed investor relations strategy across three publicly traded entities and participated in capital market transactions including spin-offs and debt raises.
"Sarah brings exactly the type of capital markets expertise we need as we continue scaling VENU," said JW Roth, founder, chairman and CEO of VENU, according to the company's press release.
The appointment comes as VENU expands its portfolio of entertainment venues across the United States. The company operates venues in Colorado, Georgia, Oklahoma, and Texas, including Ford Amphitheater, Sunset Amphitheaters, and Phil Long Music Hall.
Rothschild has more than 15 years of experience in capital markets and corporate finance. She previously worked as an investment analyst at a hedge fund and began her career in mergers and acquisitions financial due diligence at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
VENU describes itself as an owner, developer, and operator of premium live entertainment destinations. The company's portfolio includes amphitheaters, music halls, restaurants, and entertainment venues across multiple states.
