March 30, 2026 5:21 AM

WTW (NASDAQ: WTW) announced organizational changes to its EMEA Insurance Consulting and Technology business, establishing separate Property & Casualty and Life divisions to address technological disruption and client demand.

Tim Rourke has been appointed EMEA P&C Leader, while Michael Klüttgens takes on the role of EMEA Life Leader within the Insurance Consulting and Technology business. The restructuring aims to enable deeper expertise and drive innovation at scale.

Rourke brings over 25 years of industry experience and previously served as UK Head of P&C Pricing, Product, Claims and Underwriting. In his new position, he will drive growth and connect WTW's insurance innovation and AI capabilities to P&C clients across the region.

Klüttgens, formerly Divisional Leader for Northern and Central Europe, will focus on strengthening the Life consulting proposition and supporting clients with advanced analytics and AI enablement solutions.

Tammy Richardson, previously European Regional Leader for Insurance Consulting and Technology, will transition to a role executing the business's global AI transformation strategy.

"Strengthening our P&C and Life leadership reflects the scale of demand for integrated, technology-enabled insurance solutions across EMEA," said Frank Schepers, Global Leader, Insurance Consulting and Technology at WTW.

WTW's Insurance Consulting and Technology business operates in 35 markets with over 1,700 employees and serves more than 1,000 insurers across six continents, providing software and advisory services for pricing, underwriting, reserving, and regulatory reporting.
