Cactus, Inc. (NYSE: WHD) announced that director Bruce Rothstein will not stand for re-election at the company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Rothstein notified the company of his decision on March 24, 2026.

The company stated that Rothstein's decision was not due to any disagreement with Cactus regarding operations, policies or practices. Following Rothstein's departure, the Board of Directors will reduce its size to eight directors, effective immediately before the 2026 annual meeting.
