Aurora Mobile partners with Soochow Securities for mobile platform upgrade
Aurora Mobile Limited (NASDAQ: JG) announced a partnership with Soochow Securities Co., Ltd. to integrate its JPush notification solution into the securities firm's "Dongwu Xiucai" mobile application.
Soochow Securities adopted JPush as part of its digital transformation strategy to enhance information delivery capabilities across Android, iOS, HarmonyOS, and native instant app platforms. The solution enables real-time delivery of business notifications, market alerts, and compliance announcements to employees and clients.
JPush integrates Aurora Mobile's proprietary channels with system-level channels including FCM, APNs, and channels from device manufacturers such as Huawei, Xiaomi, OPPO, and Vivo. The technology addresses device-level restrictions to ensure delivery of transaction confirmations, risk alerts, and settlement instructions.
The platform utilizes tagging and user profiling capabilities to segment users based on employee roles, client risk profiles, and investment interests. This allows Soochow Securities to send targeted research reports and risk alerts to appropriate recipients.
JPush has received SDK security compliance evaluation approval from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology and integration into the national SDK management service platform. The solution meets financial sector security requirements for data transmission, storage, and processing.
Aurora Mobile, founded in 2011, provides customer engagement and marketing technology services. The company operates through its EngageLab brand and GPTBots.ai platform, offering omnichannel engagement, AI-driven marketing, customer support, and identity security solutions.
The companies stated they plan to continue their partnership to support enhanced customer service, business operations, and risk management capabilities.
