Mereo BioPharma Group (NASDAQ: MREO) announced that Dr. Annalisa Jenkins will not stand for re-election as a director at the company's 2026 annual general meeting scheduled for May 14, 2026.

Jenkins informed the pharmaceutical company of her decision on March 26, 2026. She will continue serving as a board member until her current term expires immediately before the annual meeting.

The company stated that Jenkins' decision not to seek re-election did not stem from any disagreement with Mereo BioPharma or the board regarding the company's operations, policies or practices.
