Banner Bank promotes Jennifer Krug to executive vice president

Banner Bank announced the promotion of Jennifer Krug to Executive Vice President and Enterprise Operations Executive. Krug will continue leading the bank's enterprise operations while supporting execution, operational excellence, and scalable infrastructure aligned with Banner's strategic objectives.



Krug brings 32 years of banking experience to her new role. She joined Banner Bank in 1998 and has held several leadership positions with expanding responsibilities, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Operations Director. In her previous roles, she strengthened the bank's operational capabilities and drove enterprise-wide initiatives supporting growth, efficiency and innovation.

Krug graduated from the Washington Bankers Association Executive Development Program and McKinsey's Executive Leadership Program. She serves on the board of directors for Elijah Family Homes, a non-profit organization focused on stable housing and supportive services. She also represents the bank on several state and national advisory boards focused on technology and operations.
