Rumble names Mike Masci as CFO effective March 31
Rumble Inc. (NASDAQ: RUM) announced Mike Masci will join the company as chief financial officer effective March 31, 2026, replacing Brandon Alexandroff who will transition to strategic advisor to the CEO.
Masci previously served as Vice President of Product Management for the Edge Computing Group at Intel Corporation, where he managed product management, marketing, architecture, and profit and loss responsibility for a multi-billion-dollar AI business. He also held the position of Group CFO of Intel's Datacenter Network Platforms Group and served as Vice President of Product Management for the Network and Edge Group.
The new CFO holds a finance degree from Arizona State University and has experience in financial planning and analysis as well as mergers and acquisitions. His background includes work with hyperscale cloud, edge and enterprise datacenters, infrastructure-as-a-service, and generative AI technologies.
"The combination of Mike's deep financial and AI industry experience at Intel makes him exceptionally well-suited to support Rumble's next phase of growth as we continue to scale our platform and cloud services," said Chris Pavlovski, Chairman and CEO of Rumble, according to the company's statement.
Pavlovski noted that Alexandroff "has been an integral part of our growth" and expressed gratitude for his financial leadership during what the CEO characterized as a pivotal period for the company.
The announcement comes as Rumble references a pending acquisition of Northern Data, though specific details about this transaction were not provided in the statement. Rumble operates a video platform and cloud services business founded in 2013 and headquartered in Longboat Key, Florida.
