Veritone reports Q4 2025 revenue range of $18.1M-$30.0M, announces Oracle deal
Veritone Inc. (NASDAQ: VERI) reported preliminary fourth-quarter 2025 revenue in the range of $18.1 million to $30.0 million, according to unaudited results announced by the artificial intelligence software company.
The company posted a preliminary GAAP net loss from continuing operations of $37.0 million to $25.1 million for the quarter, while non-GAAP net loss from continuing operations ranged from $13.9 million to $2.0 million. For the full year 2025, revenue fell in the range of $93.7 million to $105.6 million, compared to $92.6 million in 2024.
Veritone announced a strategic agreement with Oracle to accelerate deployment of enterprise AI and generative AI solutions, with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure serving as a cornerstone for Veritone's next generation of AI offerings across commercial, public sector, and Veritone Data Refinery markets.
The company's Veritone Data Refinery business reported total new bookings and near-term pipeline exceeding $50.0 million as of December 31, 2025, representing a 25% increase from November 2025 estimates and 250% growth from the fourth quarter of 2024.
Veritone ended fiscal 2025 with $27.4 million in cash and cash equivalents and $45.6 million in convertible debt. During the fourth quarter, the company completed transactions to repay in full its senior secured credit facility for $36.7 million and repurchase approximately 50% of its outstanding convertible senior notes, reducing total debt by approximately $77.5 million.
For fiscal 2026, Veritone expects revenue between $130 million and $145 million, with a non-GAAP net loss ranging from $22.5 million to $13.5 million. The company closed 257 enterprise software and licensing contracts during the period, including agreements with Google, Goldman Sachs, NBC Universal, and ESPN.
