Paycom Software Inc. (NYSE: PAYC) announced that board member Archana Vemulapalli will resign from the board of directors and all committees effective March 31, 2026.

Vemulapalli notified the board of her resignation on March 23, 2026. The company stated her departure is to pursue other professional opportunities and is not related to any disagreement with Paycom regarding operations, policies or practices.

Following Vemulapalli's resignation, the board size will decrease from seven to six directors, according to the company's statement.
