Hims & Hers Health Inc. (NYSE: HIMS) announced it will offer Novo Nordisk's FDA-approved GLP-1 medications to eligible customers through its platform, including Wegovy pills and injections for weight loss and Ozempic injections for type 2 diabetes treatment.

The collaboration makes available Wegovy semaglutide in multiple dosages, including 0.25 mg to 2.4 mg injections and 1.5 mg to 25 mg pills. Ozempic semaglutide injection pens will be available in 0.25 mg to 2 mg dosages for eligible patients with type 2 diabetes. Prices for the medications start at $149 per month.

Hims & Hers is introducing a weight loss membership program priced at $39 for the first month and $149 monthly thereafter. The membership includes provider access, nutrition guidance, clinical check-ins and peer support. Medication costs are separate from membership fees.

The company stated it will continue offering compounded GLP-1 medications for a limited set of customers when providers determine commercially available FDA-approved options cannot meet their clinical needs.

Wegovy is approved by the FDA for weight loss, while Ozempic is approved for type 2 diabetes treatment. In clinical studies, participants taking various Wegovy formulations lost up to 20% of their body weight when combined with diet and exercise, according to the company.
