The Predictive Index appoints Lance Neuhauser as CEO
The Predictive Index named Lance Neuhauser as Chief Executive Officer, the company announced. Neuhauser brings experience in scaling technology companies and building AI-native products to the Westwood, Massachusetts-based behavioral science platform provider.
Neuhauser co-founded Resolution Media, which became what the company described as the world's largest search engine marketing agency before Omnicom acquired it. He also co-founded and scaled 4C Insights, a behavioral data platform for social and television advertising, and served as President of MediaOcean following an acquisition.
Most recently, Neuhauser founded and led Wendy, an AI-powered platform for children, and worked as Operating Partner at Interplay. He also advised integrate.ai and Sonero.ai, which Mediafly acquired.
"AI is reshaping how companies hire, manage, and retain talent, and most organizations simply aren't equipped for it," Neuhauser said. "PI is different. We have the science, the technology, and a network of practitioners who've spent decades turning behavioral science into a real competitive advantage."
J. Puckett, Board Chair, said Neuhauser "understands how to build strong organizations and how to leverage AI in ways that create lasting value. Not by disrupting what works, but by building on it."
The Predictive Index provides a behavioral science platform that integrates behavioral and cognitive data into employee lifecycle management. The company states its behavioral dataset includes millions of assessments across more than 90 countries and serves over 10,000 organizations, including Nissan, Citizens Bank, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
