AMC Networks Inc. (NASDAQ: AMCX) announced it will redeem all outstanding 10.25% Senior Secured Notes due 2029 on April 6, 2026. The company will pay a redemption price of 105.125% of the principal amount plus accrued interest to the redemption date.

The entertainment company instructed U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, the trustee for the notes, to distribute redemption notices to all registered holders on March 26, 2026. The notes carry CUSIP numbers 00164V AG8 for 144A securities and U02400 AB2 for Reg S securities.
