Flowserve names new pumps division president, accounting officer to retire

Flowserve Corporation (NYSE: FLS) announced leadership changes affecting its pumps division and accounting operations, according to a company statement.

Lamar Duhon resigned as President of the Flowserve Pumps Division to accept a chief executive position at a privately held company. Duhon will remain in his current role until April 10, 2026.

Matthew Klopfer will succeed Duhon as President of the Flowserve Pumps Division effective April 11, 2026. Klopfer currently serves as Vice President of Strategic Business Management for the division. From August 2023 to February 2026, he held the position of Vice President and General Manager of Flowserve's Industrial Pumps Business Unit.

The company also announced that Chief Accounting Officer Scott Vopni will retire June 30, 2026. Flowserve has begun searching for a permanent replacement. If no replacement is found by Vopni's departure date, Chief Financial Officer Amy Schwetz will serve as interim Chief Accounting Officer.
