H.C. Wainwright analyst Brandon Folkes reiterated a Buy rating and $13.00 price target on Journey Medical Corp. (NASDAQ: DERM).

The analyst commented: "DERM delivered a solid 4Q25 with continued strength in Emrosi demand and early signs of operating leverage, although elevated gross-to-net (GTN) discounts continue to weigh on reported revenue. Prescription trends remain robust, with accelerating growth, improving refill dynamics, and expanding prescriber adoption supporting our view of durable underlying demand. While Emrosi revenue of $4.9M came in below expectations due to GTN pressures, we view these dynamics as potentially transitory, and believe improving payer mix and coverage quality could drive a meaningful revenue inflection into 2026. We reiterate our Buy rating and $13 price target."
