Apollo Global Management prices $750 million senior notes offering
Apollo Global Management Inc. (NYSE: APO) priced an offering of $750 million in senior notes due 2036, the company announced.
The notes carry a 5.700% interest rate and are expected to close March 30, subject to customary closing conditions. Interest payments will occur semi-annually on March 30 and September 30 each year, beginning September 30, 2026.
Net proceeds from the offering will be approximately $745 million after underwriting discounts but before offering expenses. Apollo plans to use the proceeds for general corporate purposes, including the full repurchase or redemption of $500 million in outstanding 4.400% senior notes due 2026 issued by Apollo Management Holdings L.P.
The notes will be guaranteed by certain subsidiaries of Apollo that serve as obligors under the company's existing debt securities.
BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are serving as joint book-running managers for the offering. Apollo Global Securities, Mizuho, MUFG, R. Seelaus & Co., Ramirez & Co., Societe Generale and US Bancorp are acting as co-managers.
The offering is being conducted under an effective shelf registration statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The company stated the offering will be made through a prospectus and preliminary prospectus supplement available through the SEC's website and the joint book-running managers.
