Conduent Incorporated (NASDAQ: CNDT) terminated the employment of Mark Prout, Executive Vice President and Chief Information and Technology Officer, without cause effective March 24, 2026, according to a company statement.

Prout will receive compensation and benefits consistent with the company's U.S. Executive Severance Policy in connection with his termination.
