Fidelity National Financial Inc. (NYSE: FNF) announced that Jeffrey Heighton has joined the company's Agency Operations division as President of Enterprise Solutions – Agency, according to a company statement.

In his new role, Heighton will work with title agents across the FNF Agency network to support strategic growth, financial performance improvements, and operational scalability through technology and business management initiatives.

Heighton brings experience in title, mortgage, and brokerage services with a background in building and scaling businesses in real estate markets. He will focus on supporting agents in areas including revenue strategy, expense management, organizational design, and back-office optimization.

"I'm excited to join FNF's Agency Operations and work alongside its agents to help them grow strategically and sustainably," Heighton said in the statement. "In today's complex environment, success requires more than simply targeting market share or profit growth. It requires thoughtful planning, strong execution, operational discipline, and the right technology infrastructure to scale effectively and profitably."

The position expands FNF's consultative services to its title agents. Heighton will collaborate with existing consulting and sales teams while consulting directly with agents across the network.

Prior to joining FNF, Heighton served as President of Title & Escrow at Compass, where he led growth and operational expansion of their multistate portfolio. His career has included leadership roles across title agencies, mortgage ventures, and brokerage businesses.

Fidelity National Financial operates as a provider of title insurance and transaction services to the real estate and mortgage industries through its title insurance underwriters including Fidelity National Title, Chicago Title, Commonwealth Land Title, Alamo Title and National Title of New York.
