H.B. Fuller (FUL) Misses Q1 EPS by 10c, provides guidance
H.B. Fuller (NYSE: FUL) reported Q1 EPS of $0.57, $0.10 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.67. Revenue for the quarter came in at $771 million versus the consensus estimate of $807.79 million.
GUIDANCE:
H.B. Fuller sees FY2026 EPS of $4.55-$4.90, versus the consensus of $4.52.
Net revenue for fiscal 2026 is now expected to be up mid-single digits; organic revenue is now expected to be up low-single digits and the impact from foreign exchange is now expected to be positive 1% to 2%;
Adjusted EBITDA for fiscal 2026 is now expected to be in the range of $645 million to $675 million;
