The Trade Desk adds Drew Vollero to board of directors
The Trade Desk (NASDAQ: TTD) announced the appointment of Drew Vollero to its board of directors, according to a company statement.
Vollero currently serves as Reddit's chief financial officer, where he guided the company through its initial public offering in March 2024. He previously held CFO positions at Allied Universal and Snapchat, where he led the company's IPO and transition to public trading.
The executive brings more than 30 years of experience across public and private markets. He began his career in corporate finance and held various roles at Mattel and Pepsi before moving into technology companies.
"Drew's extensive experience as CFO and his ability to guide organizations through periods of growth make him an exceptional addition to our board," said Jeff Green, CEO and co-founder of The Trade Desk.
Vollero holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics and economics from Yale University and a master's degree in management from Oxford University.
The Trade Desk operates a cloud-based platform that enables advertisers to create, manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various formats and devices. The company is headquartered in Ventura, California, with offices across North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
