CrowdStrike launches Charlotte AI AgentWorks ecosystem with partners

March 25, 2026 11:26 AM

CrowdStrike (NASDAQ: CRWD) launched the Charlotte AI AgentWorks Ecosystem with collaboration partners including Accenture, Amazon Web Services, Anthropic, Deloitte, Kroll, NVIDIA, OpenAI, Salesforce, and Telefónica Tech.

The ecosystem enables customers to build, orchestrate, and scale custom security agents using CrowdStrike's no-code development platform on the Falcon platform. Partners can create security businesses using the platform's AI models and infrastructure services.

"AgentWorks enables every Falcon user to build their own agentic security workforce," said Daniel Bernard, chief business officer at CrowdStrike. "The future of security operations isn't humans replaced by agents. It's humans amplified by them."

The platform integrates with AI models including Anthropic Claude, NVIDIA Nemotron, and OpenAI GPT, along with AI infrastructure services like Amazon Bedrock and Amazon SageMaker. Users can build, test, and deploy custom agents without writing code.

Technology providers and global system integrators are using AgentWorks to design and deploy security agents for customer needs. Rex Thexton, chief technology officer at Accenture Cybersecurity, said the platform helps clients "build tailored agents they can trust."

Charlotte Agentic SOAR orchestrates the ecosystem by uniting CrowdStrike's Agentic Security Workforce, AgentWorks-built agents, and third-party agents in a coordinated system. The platform includes AI Detection and Response, workflow controls, and guardrails for secure collaboration.

The announcement was made at RSA 2026. The press release notes that some referenced services or features are still in development and subject to change.
