Bilt partners with Wyndham Rewards for 1:1 points transfer
Bilt announced a partnership with Wyndham Rewards that allows members to transfer points at a 1:1 ratio to the hotel loyalty program. The transfer option became available today and requires a minimum transfer of 1,000 points.
The partnership gives Bilt members access to Wyndham Hotels & Resorts' network of over 8,300 hotels across more than 25 brands worldwide. Wyndham Rewards operates with a fixed redemption structure where free nights start at 7,500 points, and discounted points-plus-cash nights begin at 750 points.
"Adding Wyndham as our newest hotel transfer partner means that whether you're planning a weekend road trip, a last-minute city escape, or a week-long all-inclusive getaway, your housing payment can help get you there," said Ankur Jain, founder and CEO of Bilt.
Wyndham Rewards has 122 million enrolled members and offers 10 points per dollar on qualified stays with a guaranteed minimum of 1,000 points per stay. The program was rated the top hotel rewards program by USA Today readers.
Bilt members can use transferred points for hotel stays across brands including Days Inn, Super 8, La Quinta, Dolce Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Grand, and Registry Collection Hotels. The points can also be redeemed for travel bundles, experiences, tours, activities, and gift cards.
This marks Bilt's sixth hotel transfer partner in what the company describes as the largest 1:1 transfer partner network in the market. Bilt launched in 2021 as a membership program that allows users to earn rewards on housing payments.
Wyndham Hotels & Resorts trades on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker NYSE: WH.
