RGP names Rachel Adler as program management practice leader
RGP (NASDAQ: RGP) appointed Rachel Adler as Program & Project Management Practice Leader for its Consulting Services Segment, the professional services firm announced.
Adler will lead RGP's enterprise program management, transformation governance, and project delivery oversight capabilities. Her role focuses on helping organizations coordinate technology implementations, finance transformation, operational modernization, and enterprise-wide change programs.
"Transformation initiatives succeed or fail based on execution," said Scott Rottmann, President of Consulting Services at RGP. "Rachel brings deep experience leading complex programs that connect business strategy, technology delivery, and organizational change."
Adler has over 20 years of cross-industry experience in transformation programs and operational improvements. She joined RGP in 2019 through the firm's acquisition of Veracity Consulting, which she co-founded in 2015. Before Veracity, she held leadership roles at ICF's digital consulting unit, serving as Principal and Director on transformation programs across government and commercial sectors.
"Organizations today are managing an unprecedented volume of transformation initiatives," Adler said. "Successful programs require strong governance, disciplined execution, and the ability to coordinate across multiple functions and stakeholders."
The appointment reflects RGP's investment in execution capabilities for complex transformation initiatives across finance, technology, and operations. The firm combines program management consulting with on-demand talent solutions to deploy project leaders and Project Management Office support.
Adler has experience serving healthcare clients including payers, providers, integrated delivery networks, pharmaceutical and biotech companies, and medical device manufacturers. At RGP, she supports healthcare clients through digital transformation, revenue cycle modernization, process automation, value-based care strategies, and clinical trial optimization.
Dallas-based RGP operates from 40 physical practice offices and multiple virtual offices worldwide, according to the company statement.
