Cloudastructure wins Denver security contract, expands footprint

March 25, 2026 9:00 AM

Cloudastructure Inc. (NASDAQ: CSAI) announced it secured a contract to provide AI-powered surveillance and remote guarding services for a five-building multifamily community in Denver. The company said it has nearly doubled its protected locations since April 2025, achieving 99% growth in its national footprint.

The Denver deployment involves a regional division of a national multifamily owner-operator with approximately 180 properties across multiple states. Cloudastructure will install its platform combining AI surveillance with remote guarding services to address security challenges including trespassing, vandalism, and theft at the property.

According to the company, its system achieved a 98% deterrence rate for crime and vandalism across its portfolio. CEO James McCormick stated the platform helps properties reduce traditional guard expenditures by up to 40% in the first year and approximately 130% in subsequent years.

The company reported several metrics since April 2025: AI surveillance sites grew 99%, camera deployments increased 100%, remote guarding sites expanded 129%, and the platform now processes more than 9 million video streams daily. Cloudastructure also reported 270% year-over-year revenue growth.

The contract follows what the company describes as a land-and-expand strategy, where it establishes performance at individual properties before expanding across broader portfolios. Each contract is structured on a per-location basis designed for portfolio-wide scalability.

Cloudastructure, headquartered in Palo Alto, California, provides cloud-based video surveillance with AI analytics and remote guarding services. The company offers month-to-month pricing without long-term contracts and claims up to 75% lower total cost of ownership compared to other systems.
