DigitalOcean (NYSE: DOCN) is offering shares at between $76.50 and $79.50 per share, according to a Bloomberg report late Tuesday.
- The company launched a $700M share offering earlier today.
- DOCN shares closed at $84.92 on Tuesday, but were sliding below $78 in the after hours following the announcement.
