Dycom Industries appoints Raejeanne Skillern to board of directors
Dycom Industries Inc. (NYSE: DY) announced the appointment of Raejeanne Skillern to its board of directors, effective March 24, 2026, according to a company statement.
Skillern brings over 30 years of technology leadership experience across cloud computing, data center infrastructure, communications and artificial intelligence sectors. She previously held executive positions at Amazon Web Services, Intel and Flex.
From 2023 to 2025, Skillern served as vice president and chief marketing officer at AWS, where she led a global organization of 2,500 employees. Prior to that role, she was president of the Communications, Enterprise & Cloud Division at Flex from 2019 to 2023, overseeing a multi-billion-dollar profit and loss statement. She spent 25 years at Intel Corporation from 1994 to 2019, where she built the company's hyperscale data center business.
"Her deep expertise in scaling innovation, navigating complex technology landscapes, and driving large-scale business transformation will be a significant asset," said Richard K. Sykes, Dycom's independent chairman of the board.
Dan Peyovich, Dycom's president and chief executive officer, stated that Skillern's background in communications, cloud and data center infrastructure provides operational insight to the board.
Skillern currently serves on the board of directors of Jabil Inc. (NYSE: JBL), a manufacturing services provider, following her appointment in January 2026. She previously served on Lattice Semiconductor's board from 2022 to 2024.
Skillern holds a bachelor of science degree in mathematics and computer science from Pepperdine University and an MBA from Marylhurst University.
West Palm Beach, Florida-based Dycom provides specialty contracting services to telecommunications infrastructure and utility industries throughout the United States.
