March 24, 2026 9:31 AM

Datasea Inc. (NASDAQ: DTSS) announced the initial commercial deployment of its acoustic technology-enabled wellness care robots in the United States, developed with partner Yizhimei Technology Co., Ltd.

The company reported that customer signings have been secured and early-stage deployments have begun across multiple U.S. regions, including Boston, New Jersey, Los Angeles, and Phoenix. The deployments are expected to cover service locations primarily within hospital-related environments, beauty service providers, and wellness centers.

Datasea provides core acoustic technology, technical service support, and scenario-based solutions to enable partners to deploy the wellness care robots. Potential revenue streams from these deployments may include technical service fees, solution integration income, and recurring service-related revenues linked to deployed terminals, according to the company statement.

"We believe that the initiation of early-stage deployments and customer engagements in multiple U.S. regions represents an important step in the commercialization of our acoustic technology-enabled health robot solutions," said Zhixin Liu, Chief Executive Officer of Datasea Inc.

The company has previously disclosed customer deployments and market exploration in other international markets, including South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, Taiwan region, Singapore, Indonesia, and Malaysia.

Datasea established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Datasea Acoustics LLC, in Delaware in July 2023 as part of its U.S. market entry strategy. The Beijing-based company specializes in acoustic high-tech innovation and AI-driven multimodal digitalization.

The company plans to continue advancing commercial deployment of its acoustic technology in health robots and related applications while deepening cooperation with U.S. and international partners across hospitals, wellness centers, and beauty service networks.
