TriNet launches AI-powered HR tools and global workforce platform
TriNet (NYSE: TNET) announced new platform features at the Transform conference in Las Vegas, including AI-driven HR support, global workforce management capabilities, IT asset management tools, and retirement plan integrations for small and medium-size businesses.
The company introduced TriNet Assistant, an AI-powered system that provides personalized responses and task completion through conversational interactions. The tool combines automated administrative functions with human HR expertise for strategic guidance.
TriNet Global, developed through a partnership with Multiplier, enables businesses to hire and manage international employees across more than 150 countries. The service includes compliance features, localized benefits, and integration with existing TriNet workflows for onboarding and reporting.
The company also launched TriNet IT, powered by Electric AI, which incorporates device and asset management into HR processes. The service handles equipment ordering, provisioning, and access management as part of employee onboarding and offboarding procedures.
TriNet expanded its retirement plan administration through integrations with Voya and Vestwell, allowing for automated data synchronization between HR and retirement systems.
"Today's businesses need connected systems that work together seamlessly, not more tools to manage," said Jeff Hayward, executive vice president and chief service and technology officer at TriNet.
The updates are part of TriNet's strategy to provide integrated workforce management solutions for SMBs through a single platform rather than multiple separate tools.
TriNet provides HR services including payroll, benefits administration, and compliance consulting for small and medium-size businesses. The information was disclosed in a company press release.
