20/20 BioLabs licenses kidney disease prediction tech from ROKIT Healthcare

March 24, 2026 8:31 AM

20/20 BioLabs Inc. (NASDAQ: AIDX) announced it has entered into an exclusive U.S. technology license agreement with ROKIT Healthcare Inc. to integrate chronic kidney disease prediction capabilities into its longevity testing platform.

Under the agreement, 20/20 will incorporate ROKIT's proprietary chronic kidney disease prediction algorithm into its OneTest for Longevity platform. ROKIT will reimburse 20/20 for one-third of mutually agreed sales and marketing expenses in exchange for a running royalty on net sales of the combined product.

The companies are also considering a separate agreement that would grant ROKIT exclusive rights to commercialize 20/20's longevity platform in Korea and potentially other East Asian markets.

"This agreement is a strong validation of our platform strategy," said Jonathan Cohen, President and CEO of 20/20 BioLabs. "We believe that combining advanced biomarker tracking with evidence based nutritional support will help improve therapeutic outcomes across multiple chronic disease areas."

The integration aims to enhance early detection capabilities for chronic kidney disease, which affects more than 35 million Americans according to the company's statement. The addition of CKD prediction technology expands 20/20's existing biomarker-based disease risk assessment tools.

20/20 BioLabs develops AI-powered laboratory blood tests for early detection of cancers and chronic diseases. The company offers tests under the OneTest brand, including OneTest for Cancer and OneTest for Longevity, which launched in February 2026.

ROKIT Healthcare, listed on KOSDAQ, specializes in regenerative medicine, predictive health analytics, and 3-D bioprinting technologies. The company develops algorithms and regenerative solutions for chronic disease and tissue repair applications.
