StubHub (NYSE: STUB) and viagogo announced a partnership with ULTRA Europe to serve as the electronic music festival's official distribution partners. Under the agreement, StubHub will handle ticket distribution in North America while viagogo manages international markets outside North America.

The partnership aims to expand access to ULTRA Europe, which takes place in Split, Croatia and attracts approximately 160,000 attendees annually. StubHub will utilize its Open Distribution model, previously called Direct Issuance, to facilitate ticket sales.

"ULTRA Europe is a bucket-list destination for dance music fans around the world, and it's exactly the kind of event that benefits from a marketplace built for cross-border demand," said Adam Rapchik, Global Head of Festivals, Fairs and Expos at StubHub.

ULTRA Europe has announced its 2026 first phase lineup featuring Calvin Harris as the main stage performer, along with John Summit, Martin Garrix, Dom Dolla, FISHER, I Hate Models, Miss Monique, Mau P, Sara Landry, and Worship, with additional artists to be announced.

Joe Bašić, Promoter & Organiser for ULTRA Europe, stated the partnership focuses on "welcoming more international attendees, reaching new fan communities, and strengthening the overall ticketing experience for ULTRA Europe."

StubHub operates in over 200 countries and territories, supporting more than 30 languages and accepting payments in over 45 currencies. The company provides ticket marketplace services for various live events including sports, music, comedy, and theater performances.

All tickets purchased through StubHub and viagogo include a fan guarantee, according to the companies' statement.
