QuidelOrtho Corporation (NASDAQ: QDEL) appointed Nathaniel Sisitsky as chief legal officer, effective March 23, 2026, according to a company statement.

Sisitsky will report to President and Chief Executive Officer Brian Blaser and oversee the company's global legal, compliance and corporate governance functions. He brings more than 25 years of legal and governance experience advising public companies in life sciences and technology sectors.

Most recently, Sisitsky served as chief legal officer and corporate secretary at STAAR Surgical Company, where he managed global legal and compliance functions. His previous roles included senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary positions at NuVasive, Inc. and CareFusion Corporation.

Sisitsky replaces Michelle Hodges, who is retiring after serving as the company's chief legal officer. Hodges will remain in an advisory role to facilitate the transition.

Sisitsky began his legal career at Wilmer Cutler Pickering Hale and Dorr LLP before serving in senior legal roles at American Tower Corporation and moving into leadership positions in the medical technology sector. He holds a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Emory University.
