Stifel analyst Rick Wise reiterated a Buy rating and $90.00 price target on Boston Scientific (NYSE: BSX).

The analyst comments "In preparation for the March 28th CHAMPION-AF data read-out at ACC 2026, we have repeatedly done physician due diligence, had many one-on-one physician discussions (link), and last week published an in-depth sixty-physician survey (link). In this note, we leverage our past due diligence and look back at other left-atrial-appendage-closure (LAAC) datasets to inform our final pre-read-out thinking. This note reviews: (1) the CHAMPION-AF trial endpoints. Our physician due diligence suggests the data results will be sufficient to meet doctor expectations for expanding WATCHMAN utilization; (2) the CHAMPION-AF clinical-trial design paper, which after reviewing, gives us greater confidence that trial endpoints will be met; (3) how precedent LAAC trials could be positive indicators for the CHAMPION-AF trial. Bottom line: this review adds to our optimism that the CHAMPION-AF data will meet its primary endpoints and be at least "good enough" for physicians to more-aggressively utilize and implant WATCHMAN."
