March 24, 2026 4:18 AM

Oracle (NYSE: ORCL) announced updates to its AI Agent Studio for Fusion Applications, adding an agentic applications builder and workflow tools. The company made the announcement at Oracle AI World in London.

The AI Agent Studio serves as a development platform for building AI automation and agentic applications. The new features include an agentic applications builder that uses natural language processing to help users create applications without traditional coding requirements.

Additional updates include workflow orchestration capabilities for multi-step business processes, content intelligence tools for processing unstructured data, and contextual memory functions that enable agents to retain information across interactions. The platform also gained multimodal capabilities for processing images, audio and video content.

Oracle added monitoring and observability features, along with an ROI dashboard designed to measure business impact from AI implementations. The tools track metrics including time saved, cost savings and productivity gains.

"As organizations move beyond pilots and begin operationalizing AI across the enterprise, they need the ability to tailor AI to their unique workflows, expertise, and operational priorities," said Chris Leone, executive vice president of Applications Development at Oracle.

The company reports having 63,000 certified experts trained in AI Agent Studio to support customer implementations. Oracle offers AI Agent Studio at no additional cost to Fusion Applications customers.

Several consulting firms provided statements supporting the platform updates, including Accenture, Deloitte, KPMG International, and PwC. The partners indicated plans to integrate the tools with their existing AI services and client implementations.
