Freeport-McMoRan Inc. (NYSE: FCX) announced that Board of Directors member Robert W. Dudley will not stand for re-election at the company's 2026 annual meeting of stockholders.

Dudley informed the Lead Independent Director and Chairman of the Board of his decision on March 20, 2026, according to a company statement. He will continue to serve the remainder of his current term, which ends at the 2026 annual meeting.

The company stated that Dudley's decision was not due to any disagreement with Freeport-McMoRan.
