Lincoln Financial names Todd Lacey head of institutional retirement sales
Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE: LNC) appointed Todd Lacey as Senior Vice President, Head of Institutional Sales for Retirement Plan Services, according to a company statement. Lacey will lead the institutional sales organization for Lincoln's retirement business and focus on consultant relationships and growth initiatives.
Lacey brings more than 25 years of retirement industry experience to the role. He joins Lincoln from Financial Finesse, where he served as President of the financial wellness firm and oversaw operations and strategic growth.
His previous positions include chief revenue officer and board member at Stadion Money Management, where he led sales, marketing and product functions. At Transamerica, Lacey held senior leadership roles including Executive Vice President of business development for retirement and Executive Vice President of strategy and corporate development. He also founded and led The (k)larity Group, a retirement plan consulting firm based in Athens, Georgia.

Lacey holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Lincoln Financial serves approximately 17 million customers across annuities, life insurance, group protection, and retirement plan services. As of December 31, 2025, the company reported $349 billion in end-of-period account balances, net of reinsurance.
