Core AI partners with Toto DTS to develop AI data centers

March 23, 2026 8:05 AM

Core AI Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: CHAI) announced a strategic joint venture with Toto Digital & Technology Solutions LLC to develop and operate data center campuses designed for artificial intelligence and high-performance computing workloads.

The partnership aims to address growing demand for compute capacity driven by AI adoption across industries. Toto DTS brings operational experience from developing 253 data centers with more than 4.5 gigawatts of installed IT capacity across four continents and twelve countries.

"This joint venture positions Core AI at the forefront of one of the most significant infrastructure supercycles of our time," said Aitan Zacharin, CEO of Core AI Holdings. "AI is driving an unprecedented surge in demand for power-dense, high-performance compute environments, and existing infrastructure is fundamentally insufficient to meet that need."

Kevin Wallace, CEO of Toto DTS, said the partnership combines strategic global execution with a platform strategy to build in markets where tenant demand exceeds power supply.

The joint venture will focus on energy-optimized data center campuses across domestic markets. Core AI stated it expects to provide an update regarding the joint venture's first data center campus in the coming weeks.

Core AI operates through its subsidiary Core Gaming, which has developed over 2,200 mobile game titles generating more than 800 million downloads and serving over 40 million players globally. The information is based on a company press release statement.
