American Fusion Inc. (OTC: AMFN) announced the appointment of Michael Carlson as Chief Financial Officer, according to a press release from the company.

He holds CPA certification in Canada and an MBA from Purdue University.

Prior to Budapest Airport, Carlson spent more than three decades with KPMG, serving as an Audit Partner beginning in 1996 and leading KPMG Hungary's Financial Advisory Services practice. His responsibilities included corporate finance, restructuring, transaction services, and forensic services.
