Riskified appoints Dr. Samer Haj-Yehia to board of directors
Riskified Ltd. (NYSE: RSKD) appointed Dr. Samer Haj-Yehia to its board of directors and audit committee, effective March 19, 2026. The ecommerce fraud prevention company also announced that Aaron Mankovski resigned from the board after nearly ten years of service, as of March 17, 2026.
Dr. Haj-Yehia currently serves on the board of directors of Lemonade Inc. (NYSE: LMND) and chairs the strategic advisory board at Vintage Investment. He previously served as executive group chairman of Bank Leumi, Israel's largest bank. His background includes senior roles at Fidelity Investments in the United States.
The appointee holds a Ph.D. in Economics from MIT and an MBA, LLB, MA in Economics, and BA in Accounting from Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is also a CFA charterholder and teaches finance and fintech at Reichman University.
"Aaron's vision and support were instrumental in our journey from a startup to a public company," said Eido Gal, chairman and CEO of Riskified, regarding Mankovski's departure.
Following these changes, Riskified's board will continue to comprise eight directors, with six qualifying as independent under New York Stock Exchange listing rules, according to the company's press release statement.
Riskified provides fraud prevention and risk intelligence services to ecommerce businesses, using artificial intelligence to analyze transactions and prevent chargebacks.
