Arcus Biosciences Inc. (NYSE: RCUS) announced that Chief Operating Officer Jennifer Jarrett will resign from her position effective March 30, 2026. Jarrett notified the company of her decision on March 17, 2026.

The company stated that Jarrett's resignation is not the result of any disagreement with Arcus regarding its operations, policies or practices.

Under a separation agreement, Jarrett will provide periodic advisory services through June 30, 2026. In exchange, the company will extend her post-termination option exercise period to 12 months, allowing her to continue exercising vested stock options during that timeframe.

The separation agreement includes a standard release of claims. Arcus said it will file a complete copy of the agreement with its next quarterly Form 10-Q filing.
